Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the Serre website (“Site”) or placing an order. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Definitions

• You / User / Customer: any person accessing or placing an order via this Site.

• We / Us / Our: Serre (owner / operator of the Site).

• Product(s): Items listed for sale on the Site (Headbands, Fashion Accesories, etc.).

• Order: Your accepted request to purchase Product(s) via the Site.

• Service: The Site’s provision to allow you to browse, order, and purchase Products.

Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to contract under Indian law.

• By registering an account or placing an order, you represent that all information you give is correct, current, and complete.

• You agree to maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account / orders if you provide false or misleading information.

Products & Pricing

• We attempt to display accurate product, pricing, and availability information. However, we do not guarantee that all details (e.g. colours, images, dimensions) are error-free.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). All taxes (GST etc.) will be shown at checkout (or will be in accordance with applicable Indian tax law).

• We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

• Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason (e.g. out of stock, price change, logistical issues).

• Payment must be completed / authorised before shipment.

• In case of payment failure or reversal (e.g. chargeback), we may cancel or delay the Order.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• We deliver within India. Typical delivery time is 5-10 days

• Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you when the carrier delivers the item to your delivery address.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier / logistics partners or by customs / regulatory clearances (where applicable).

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• You may initiate a Return via the portal / “Initiate Return” link on the website

• Return available only for Wrong item recivied or Damaged Product Recivied (Unboxing Video Proof Required)

• Eligibility for Return: 2 days of delivery, condition of product (unused, undamaged packaging)

• Shipping cost for return may be borne by the Us

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the return and verify condition.

• Orders may be cancelled by you before we accept it; cancellation after acceptance subject to policy.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, layout) is the intellectual property of Serre or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit the content without our written permission.

User-Generated Content & Reviews

• If you post reviews, comments or upload images (e.g. as feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our Site / marketing materials.

• You represent that your submitted content is your own (or you have permission), and does not infringe copyrights or any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Products.

• Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant Order.

• We do not guarantee that Products will meet your expectations (colour may vary due to screen settings; print quality within reasonable manufacturing tolerances).
